Summer Shack respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This document describes Summer Shack's Consumer Data Privacy Policy, that is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described below.

The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by Summer Shack, and it can only be a ccessed by our payment provider. The transaction has a very high level of security.

Your credit card details are sent directly to Summer Shack's payment provider Heartland Payment Systems over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. The payments are deposited by Summer Shack's authorized customer service staff. Other Summer Shack employees do not have access to Heartland Payment Systems' transaction management system. This is only valid for products ordered directly from Summer Shack.

Your contact information is sent to Summer Shack's server over an unencrypted connection and forwarded to our authorized customer service staff. Other Summer Shack employees do not have access to the information.
